Islamic Organization of Southern Tier has adopted two sites. The first one is on the south side of I-81's Exit 2. IOST's signs are now in place on I-81 and Route 17 extension. The more recent one is on Vestal Parkway (Rt. 434) East bound from the entrance to the Walmart shopping center to Jensen Road. Two signs are on Vestal Parkway too.
